Assim Vai o Mundo*
[So goes the world]

Viewed from afar, Earth is a planet full of frailties, where injustices and violence are mounting. Within this complex and often painful scenario, a small point of hope emerges in the distance, reminding us that even in the darkest contexts it is still possible to find charm.

Assim vai o mundo is a puppet and animated-shape theatre show that seeks to reveal beauty in a place where life is increasingly difficult. This sensory and intimate work, without resorting words, is a solo piece with performance and artistic direction by actress and stage director Adriana Melo, who invites the audience, through emotion and visual and sound poetry, to feel, to reflect and to celebrate the breaths of life that still exist.
