Concerto n.º2 para NU MEIO
To celebrate the show NU MEIO’s 29 th anniversary, Filipa Francisco and Bruno Cochat created a new version, especially designed to be presented at Teatro São Luiz. NU MEIO Comvida premiered on the International Dance Day, the 29 th of April, 2025. The first part of the show was performed by a guest artist, the invitation having been extended to artists from this duo's generation, each representing what was called the New Portuguese Dance: Carlota Lagido, Félix Lozano, Sílvia Real, Sónia Baptista, and M&Ms (Margarida Mestre & Miguel Pereira).

On May 2 nd , Sílvia Real (vocals and keyboards) presented Concerto nº 2 para NU MEIO [Concert No. 2 for NU MEIO], for which she invited Ana Sofia Sequeira (acoustic guitar, electric guitar, vocals), thus replicating a gesture of celebration of long-standing artistic collusions. “I've never showed naked on stage, but I've always been surrounded by dance, films, books, music, and many songs. In this Concerto nº 2, I celebrate Nu Meio’s 29 th anniversary by performing old songs and new versions” (Sílvia Real).
Ana Sofia Sequeira is a classical guitar player and teacher at Academia de Música de Santa Cecília and at Academia de Amadores de Música (Lisbon). Sílvia Real and Ana Sofia Sequeira have collaborated since 2014 at Centro de Formação Artística – Teatro da Voz (a partnership between Real Pelágio Productions and the school A Voz do Operário), where Ana Sofia Sequeira was the musical director of Grupo 23: Silêncio!, a collective of young people under Sílvia Real’s artistic direction who co-authored and performed E se tudo fosse amarelo?, Agora (co-creations with Bruno Cochat) and A Laura quer!. Ana Sofia Sequeira was also musical director and performer in Concerto nº 1 para Laura, by Sílvia Real, who in turn choreographed the operetta Rebola o medo e ri, by Ana Sofia Sequeira and Rute Prates.
