Adriana Melo
Production Support
Adriana was born in 1997. She is Artistic Director of Universo Paralelo. She completed the Performing Arts Course at EPTC, a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre - Actors at ESTC (Lisbon), an Erasmus exchange for a Master's degree in "Actor and Performer Training" at Rose Burford College, London, and a Postgraduate degree in Writing Arts at Nova SBE (Lisbon). She is theatre teacher at Colégio do Sagrado Coração de Maria (2021-2024) and faciliates various theatre workshops. Her first creation, GET OUT OF THE CLOSET!, was chosen for the Mostra de Jovens Criadores (National Young Artists Showcase) 2018 program. She wrote and staged the shows Australopiteco (Australopithecus) and Pelo prazer de não estarmos sós (For the pleasure of not being alone).

Carlos Bártolo
Graphic Design
Carlos was born in 1968. He holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Design – Graphic Design (ESBAP), a master's degree in Products and Equipment Industrial Design (FAUP), and a doctorate in Design (ULL). He has been dedicated to teaching Design and Art History, and Cinema and Design, alongside collaborating with public and private companies and institutions, essentially in the cultural field, as graphic and editorial designer, exhibition designer, and scenography designer. He has collaborated with Produções Real Pelágio since the 1990s.

Gonçalo Pina
Management and Administration
Gonçalo graduated in Film from ESTC, specializing in Editing. He is currently completing a Master's degree in Communication Sciences, specializing in Film and TV, at FCSH (Lisbon).
His first film, produced in a school context, À tarde, sob o sol (In the afternoon, under the sun), was screened at several festivals, namely in Portugal, Europe, South America, and North America. It won the Best Short Film from a Portuguese School Award at the Queer Porto cinema festival.
He directed Rio infinito (Infinite river), which premiered in the international competition at IDFA.
He is Bravado Filmes’ founder and producer.

Kerem Aydin
Web Design
Kerem is a Kurdish designer from Turkey, having graduated in Industrial and Product Design from Gazi University, Ankara, and studied Product Design for a year at Universidad Jaume I, in Castellón de la Plana. He founded the brand Fers.studio, under which name he creates customised tapestries. Based in Lisbon, he works in graphic, product, fashion, and set design. Since 2023, he has worked as web designer for Produções Real Pelágio.

Mariana Portugal Dias
Executive Production
Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Culture Sciences (U.L.H.T., 2006) and a Master's degree in Performing Arts - Theatre (E.S.T.C., 2014). She did her academic internship at Shifting Sands Theatre Company (England, 2013) and her professional internship at Arscomica company (Italy, 2013-2014), as actress/performer and producer in both cases. She has been the artistic director and executive producer of her own creations and companies: Era uma vez... Contos de Fadas, Cinema Mudo, Commedia dell´Arte (2020–2025, Portugal), Mari & Crupi Theatre Company (2014–2019, Australia–Portugal) and Comicincontinenti (2013–2014, Italy–Portugal), having previously also collaborated as producer with other companies and/or associations such as Proposital Azul, SOU – Movimento e Arte, Exquorum, among others.

Pedro Pinto
Archive
Pedro was born in Lisbon in 1977. He specializes in science and technology studies focused on gender, sexuality, and embodiment. Within the 1990s–2000s he worked as musician, performer, and co-creator of choreographic pieces, namely with Tânia Carvalho, Vera Mantero, Francisco Camacho, among others. He co-founded the association Bomba Suicida. Between 2014–2022 he was researcher at Rhodes University (South Africa) and published the history of puberty science in medical fields (Routledge, 2019). After the passing of Gil Mendo, his life partner, Pedro reengaged with the performance art scene, having recently created the show Cabaret Cosmológico with Vera Mantero.

Susana Ribeiro Martins
Communication and Education (CFA)
Susana was born in 1977, in Lisbon. She holds a postgraduate degree in Anthropology (ISCTE, 2005, 2015), and a bachelor's degree (UCP, 2000) and a postgraduate degree (UNL, 2006) in Communication Sciences. She did an audio description course (Acesso Cultura, 2018), and underwent training in photography and cinema, and their application in various contexts. She wrote for the newspapers JL and A Capital, and for docs.pt 2000/06. She participated in action research projects within the human rights domain (JRS, 2008-12; ACM-GACI, 2006-12; ISCTE, 2013-17). At Real Pelágio, her work has combined activities concerning communication, research/archive, and reading mediation (2017 – present).
