Pessoa Invisível
[Invisible person]
Performance created in 2015 by Sérgio Pelágio and Sílvia Real, based on “Ode Triunfal” by Álvaro de Campos and the image of the invisible man, the central character in the film of the same title by James Whale (1933) based on the book by H.G. Wells, which explores the idea of that which is only visible when it is hidden.

The words of the “Triumphal Ode” seem to mesh together like the parts of a great, unstoppable machine that generates pure, invisible, eternal energy (“because the present is all the past and all the future”), GREAT as only Orpheu can be.
